My dad and I flew into Istanbul. We spent the day with my good friend, David Fulton, who was an excellent tour guide, taking us to all the major sights of Istanbul.
First stop- Hagia Sofia, which means church of divine wisdom. It is 1471 years old!
The mosaic shows Constantine the Great offering Mary the city of Constantinople, and Justinian offering her the Hagia Sofia.
The Blue Mosque was another stop.
This mosque was just down the street from where we stayed the first night.
I don't think that people in Turkey have a problem with guns.
You"ve got to see this!
